      • Yes! We offer worldwide shipping as long as it is a valid address. The shipping cost is the same. **Shipping may be longer 3-5 weeks depending on your region.**

    • How do I track my package?
      • Some orders may be tracked online at Order Tracker or you may contact for more information. Custom apparel orders will automatically send tracking notifications to your email.
    • How long does it take for an order to arrive?
        • We work with several fulfillment distribution centers that are located in different locations locally and worldwide therefore shipping may be delayed. After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to one of our fulfillment centers where we will ship your item(s) within 3-7 business days. Below are expected delivery times based on your location.
        • Holiday Season - Remember that December is the busiest time of the year and orders may require additional days for production and shipping.
    • What if I Ordered and want to Cancel it?
        • You have 12 hours to cancel your order before we send it to our processing/shipping distributors. If the item has not been sent yet, we will offer you the FULL refund, however if you cancelled after 8 hours we will refund you your purchase minus the Shipping Charge after we receive the item back.

    • I ordered 2+ items, but only received one, where's the rest of my order?
      • We work with partners that are print on demand and our large assortment of products that are not generally stocked in house, therefore when you order multiple items, they may be shipped to you separately. You may receive some items before others, but don't worry as all items will arrive to you.

      Blue Planet Store keeps to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.

      Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored. 

      Returns & Refunds

      Please be sure to review your receipt to confirm your order is correct.

      We will honor and ship free of charge the correct item, if your order was an error on either from us or our distributors.

      There are NO Refunds on Custom Jewelry pieces. Each piece ordered are custom handmade on demand. This means any customer photo uploads and engravements are subject to NO refunds. However, we will replace any defected / damaged Jewelry upon arrival but you must email us with a photo of the issue, defect, worksmanship.

      Refunds may also be given at anytime as if we do not carry the appropriate stock available to fulfill your order.

      Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, there will be NO REFUND.

      Note: There may be a 15% Restocking fees on returns sent back.

      **Refunds - Items must be with original packaging and Unused, otherwise they will not be eligible for a refund.**

      You must contact us at before sending back any items for a refund.

      If any products come damaged due to shipping please contact us immediately with a photo of the damaged item. We will replace the item for you free of charge.

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

      Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

      Some health and personal care items

      To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

      Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

      There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
      Book with obvious signs of use
      CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
      Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
      Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

      Refunds (if applicable)
      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

      Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

      If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

      If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

      If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
